This workshop is an exclusive opportunity for UK alumni to experience a job interview with senior Human Resources (HR) leaders and ask them questions. It would also be an excellent opportunity for participants to meet their peers and connect with other UK alumni.
A senior HR leader from the British Council and an HR consultant will offer mock interviews to showcase best practices for successful interviews and give feedback to participants on their performances. HR leaders will also offer specific tips based on the job preferences of alumni. The training will help UK alumni - especially those at an early stage of their careers in any professional area - to understand the expectations of employers and develop the soft skills they may need in their careers.
Limited places are available. Priority will be given to UK alumni with fewer years of formal job experience who will be looking for a job (You will be asked to state your work experience in the registration form).
The HR leaders who will deliver the workshop are;
