With a background in industrial engineering, Yasemin is one of the most successful CHROs of 2018 and holds mentor and coaching certificates. In her career of 28 years, she has worked for Borusan Holding, Okan Holding, DanoneSA Sabancı, Doğuş Group and Doğan Group serving in human resources, organizational development, process analysis, business development, cultural transformation, assessment centers, corporate volunteerism, internal communication, management by objectives and mergers.
In addition to providing coaching and consulting to Board of Directors, CEOs, CXOs, she also led the implementation of more than 50 projects, and wrote articles for cnnturk.com for a while.
In addition to being a Fenerbahçe Congress Member, Boğaziçi University Operational Research Club Advisory Board Member, Turkey Human Value Awards Jury Member, PY Magazine Advisory Board Member and Member of the Association of Private Sector Volunteers, she serves as a mentor and speaker-trainer on various platforms.
With Junior Leaders Camp Youth Academy, a social initiative she founded, Alparslan helps young people structure their leadership skill development, profession and career with a mission to guide many young people in Turkey. She is married and has two kids.
