Learn tips as to how to write a successful research proposal

You are invited to the live streaming session on research proposal writing for graduate programmes at 12.00 pm on 20 March, Friday.

In this session, we will share insights into writing a successful research proposal for Ph.D. and master’s studies, increasing their chance for UK university admissions.

The research proposal, a prerequisite to apply for graduate studies, plays a key role in assessing a student’s research skills. Many academics consider research proposals as indicators of the originality of a research topic and student’s critical thinking skills. Therefore, strong research proposals are most likely to help students gain admissions to graduate programs. This live session offers students a number of tips on writing a strong research proposal.

Over this session, students will be informed on a range of topics including developing a research topic, research methodology, originality, literature review, length and contents of a proposal.

The session is free of charge, no registration required.

Speaker:

Dr Nazmiye Özkan, Head of Centre for Energy Systems and Strategy in the Energy and Power Theme at Cranfield University

The session will be streamed live on British Council Turkey’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
